Good
The hotel is clean, the rooms are very spacious and comfortable (the deluxe ones). Location is quite close to El nido animated area (5min with tuktuk), on the 3th and 4th floors of a commercial building, with a supermarket at the groundfloor. The fruit market is nearby. Even does not seem from the outside, due to the busy area, the hotel is nice looking from inside.
-The Superior Double rooms with “garden view” (as descripted in Booking) are actually “deposit/warehouse view” rooms. If you want an outside window, be sure to book a Deluxe room! A CCTV recording camera located in that warehouse was oriented directly to my room’s window and bed, with no warning (room 8102). The manager assured us that the camera is not functional but even so, the feeling was not comfortable. Confrunted with this situation the manager become angry, started to slam his fist on the front desk and yelling to leave the hotel at 10 pm. At the end, we received another room on the next day and the first night of our stay was not charged. -I saw a rat in the breakfast area located on the rooftop, but for El nido is quite commun to see rats anywere…

PLeasant stay in El Nido
We stayed at One El NIdo Suite for 4 nights. The hotel is a 10m walk to El Nido, and located by the beach where other resorts/hotels are located. The staff was always very helpful, and even tended to my special request. The room size was quite good and it had all amenities.
The outside of the hotel looks quite odd, like an abandoned mall. The room unfortunately had a view to the street, and there was no real natural light coming in. The breakfast was underaachieving and could be better.

It looks better inside than from the outside
When we arrived by tuk tuk to the hotel, we exchanged a worried look, but as soon as we walked in the worries were left behind! It was beautiful and clean! The staff friendly and helpful! The rooms were clean and quiet! Nice beds, just like on the pictures!
That we only booked one night!
